About Paul Blair, MD and Jane Kuruc, MD

Dr. Paul A. Blair is Medical Director of his facial plastic surgery practice and Alex Alexa MediSpa in Hurricane West Virginia. He added a medical spa component to his facial cosmetic services practice to help his patients have access to quality non-surgical aesthetic services, including medical grade facials, peels, skincare products, injectables and laser services. Dr. Blair co-founded Alex Alexa Medical Spa with Dr. Jane Kurucz.
Drs. Blair and Kurucz vision for Alex Alexa Medispa is to provide services which include facial esthetics, with diagnostic equipment in an attractive, safe and relaxing environment. Dr. Paul Blair is the medical director and oversees all patient treatments. All injectables (BOTOX Cosmetic and facial fillers) are performed by Dr. Blair.
About Dr. Paul Blair
Dr. Blair is double board-certified by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and The American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. His years of experience, training, surgical skills combined with his artistic vision allows for his patients to achieve natural-looking and long-lasting results.
Educational Background
– Dr. Blair received his undergraduate and medical degrees from West Virginia University.
– He completed his residence in: Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at West Virginia University
Dr. Blair spent two years in the Air Force. He then spent five years teaching as faculty at Tulane Medical School. In 2003, he moved his facial plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancement practice to Teays Valley, where he has a beautiful aesthetic medicine/surgical practice with advanced technology, and an excellent staff of professionals.
Dr. Blair has hospital privileges at St. Mary’s Medical Center and is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS)
About Jane Kurucz, MD
Dr. Kurucz is certified by the American Board of Surgery. She studied at West Virginia University medical school, and had her residency at Alton Oshsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana.
