Everyone who was part of the process at this office was so helpful and friendly, and the procedure itself was a breeze. I would like to take a moment to recommend Dr. Paul A. Blair for an cosmetic surgery procedure you may be considering. Before settling upon Dr. Blair as my physician, I visited many plastic surgeons to get a varied opinion, a greater knowledge and pricing on my procedure. I actually live in Louisiana, but grew up in Ashland, Kentucky. My friend knew someone who had gotten great results with Dr. Blair, so I said ok let’s go talk to him. Dr. Blair was so knowledgeable and friendly, I immediately felt very comfortable with him and his staff. I cannot say the same about other places I visited whose prices were rather exorbitant. I liked him enough to travel back and forth from Louisiana just to have him do my procedure. Do you want to know about the results? Well, I had a neck lift procedure in November, 2016. I am currently 62 years young. When I went to get the National Park Free Pass for seniors, the man kept arguing that I was not enough and just shook his head when he verified my age with my driver’s license. Last week, I went to update my passport at the post office. The postal worker’s jaw dropped and said “You’ve got to be kidding me! You win the contest for looking the best for your age! I would have said 42 at the most!” Dr. Blair only estimated I would look approximately 10 years younger! So he did better than he thought he could. So ladies and gentlemen, take advantage of the opportunity to utilize the services of this extremely talented individual, you will not be sorry!

I am complimented quite often about how great my eyes look. I know part of that is due to the services of the medi spa. Even my hair dresser is so impressed, she tells her other clients about how natural looking my permanent eye liner and brows are. Not only does the makeup save me time and money, I don’t have to worry about smudges later in the day.
The facials are also wonderful and my skin feels great. The spa itself is clean and inviting. The staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend the Alex Alexa Med Spa.
